Fabulous place with incredibly comfortable rooms and great views. Lovely and informative staff with excellent service. - Good pool and marvellous location, not too far from Old Phuket Town.

The place was immaculately clean, I booked the double room with city views, everything was great. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, right next to old town.

This place was conveniently located near the beach, with many restaurants, shops, bars, and the old town within reach.

The spacious rooms are equipped with modern amenities like an electronic key card, coffee/tea maker, and a TV, with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds.

The breakfast served was good and the staff were helpful. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the town centre and other key attractions. the view from our room was pleasant and enjoyable.

The pool closed too early and the shower head was not adjustable which made showering inconvenient. the Wi-Fi was terrible, especially on the 6th floor.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect - close to the old town and with easy access to local buses. The pool was also a highlight, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were polite and always happy to help.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel had an amazing pool, with very clear water and it was the perfect temperature to swim in. , the location was fantastic since it was just a few minutes from the main shopping street and the beach. Another great aspect of the hotel was the fact that it offered a lot of services like bike rental, which was very helpful for exploring around the city.

The downside was that the breakfast wasn't what we expected. There wasn't a lot of variety and the quality wasn't great.

The pool at Vapa Hotel - Sha Extra Plus was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the free tea and coffee provided in the room, as well as the fresh bottled water. The location was also a major plus, being close to shops, restaurants, and the old town.

The Christmas experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to create a festive atmosphere, with beautiful decorations and a cozy ambiance. The Christmas dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It truly felt like a home away from home during the holiday season.

The noise from other guests during breakfast. It would have been nice if the hotel staff had taken action to address this issue and ensure a more peaceful dining experience.

I got great value for my money at this lovely new hotel. The room was super clean and fresh, with a comfy bed and a useful drying rack. The location was fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the old town. The staff were cute and friendly, making me feel right at home.

Great location, close to nightlife and Old Town Phuket. Helpful and polite staff. Quiet atmosphere. Free refills of drinking water and daily room cleaning. Nice pool area. Lovely and clean hotel.
